We were finally able to pick up Sully from Lisa at Tailwaggin' Doggy daycare. Thank you Lisa for taking such great care of this little adorable guy. He really is adorable. He will surely steal your heart upon your first meeting. What a happy dog! He did great meeting my own two big dogs. When he met my one cat Pumpkin, he wasn't too sure about it at first. He kind of turned his head away while Pumpkin sniffed him. He growled a little but that's probably because he was a little scared and unsure of this other thing that definitely wasn't a dog, though he acts like one. Then it was his turn to sniff. Pumpkin started to move on because he was done with him (I'm sure he was thinking that in his little cat mind). Well, Sully jumped. It was pretty comical. It looked like they were doing a little dance.
I have to back track though. When Jacob and I were driving home from Tail Waggin' Sully jumped in the car right away and laid down in the front seat. He looked so comfortable. I am definitely going to take him with me to Pet Co next time just so he can go for a ride. The next time my husband gets the ATV out I'll see about bribing him to take Sully for a ride as well. I'll make sure to put his little coat on him don't you worry. lol
Bedtime went pretty smoothly. Jacob wanted to snuggle with him while we read. Do you know he jumped up onto his bed and laid down at the end like he was destined for this spot? All of a sudden Pumpkin comes in. He was on high alert watching Pumpkin's every move. He wanted to chase him as Pumpkin left the room. He then came up and crawled under the sheets all the way to our feet. He only stayed there for a few minutes and decided the top of the covers was a better place. It was getting late, so we said our goodnights and I put him to bed in his kennel. He only cried for a few minutes.
